Project Manager Enterprise Platforms and Solutions

Location: Irvine, CA, United States

Job Summary
Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases Group is searching for a Project Manager, Enterprise Platforms and Solutions to organize, align and drive companywide solutions.

This experienced Project Manager will work closely with Nikkiso CE&IG Corporate department leaders, Functional Units, external vendors and consultants and teams to plan, align, develop and implement enterprise platform projects around the world. This position will be based in Southern California.

The successful candidate will be a self-driven, experienced, motivated leader with multiple years of experience implementing ERP, financial, and digital platforms across complex organizations. They must also have experience migrating disparate legacy systems with minimal loss of operating time.

This role will require strong project management, expert-level communication skills, the ability to influence stakeholders, and operate effectively under pressure to meet project deadlines.

The right candidate will help drive efficiency and standardization to support scalability across a global organization during unprecedented growth.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current state of the company’s platforms and determine the best path forward
  • Develop a support team embedded within the company to support project execution
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects from start to finish including planning, resource allocation, risk management and change management
  • Help determine and actively monitor enterprise project budgets
  • Deliver regular reports on project status to company leaders
  • Develop communications and training plans to support companywide understanding and platform adoption
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to establish objectives for projects and milestones for tracking progress
  • Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services needed for projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or project management (additional certification like PMP® is preferred)
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years leading project management initiatives and teams at international, matrixed organizations
  • Deep experience within manufacturing and engineering organizations
  • Clear technical knowledge related to data integration, testing and deployment
  • Specific experience with Epicor, Salesforce and OneStream migration and implementation
  • Expert communicator who can simplify and convey complicated information to all stakeholders
  • Leadership skills to support and motivate team members
  • Organizational skills to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Problem-solving skills to help identify opportunities and overcome challenges
  • Agile and flexible approach to work without losing focus on the end goal
  • High level of collaboration and influencing skills – must be a people person
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Familiarity of data protection and privacy regulations around the world

Annual Salary: $109,237 to $215,625
