Marine Commissioning Coordinator

Location: Busan, South Gyeongsang, Korea, Republic Of

Position Summary:

We are looking for a responsible Marine Commissioning Coordinator to administer and organize various marine commissioning coordination activities in our Marine Commissioning Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive commissioning plans for our marine projects, honoring key milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Support Marine Project Management (MPM) Team Manager and other stakeholders to align commissioning activities with project schedules.
  • Consult with Marine Commissioning Team Leader, assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Act as the point of contact for all marine commissioning activities and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Collect and maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including field trip reports, timesheets, etc.

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficient in using both English and Korean
  • 3 or more years of experience in a related field (preferably as a Project/Service Coordinator or similar role)
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in shipbuilding industries.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
