Position Overview:
As the Managing Director: You will be legally responsible for the legal business entity, ensuring compliance with the submission of all required statutory filings and regulations. You will be responsible for the business’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and overseeing and maintaining good corporate governance practices within the company. You will represent the legal entity at all board meetings and will be responsible for reporting on the company's performance, strategy, and financial results to the board.
As General Manager of Shared Services, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the administrative functions of the organization, including the Human Resources, IT and Finance departments. You will play a critical role in ensuring efficient operations, effective communication, and smooth coordination among various departments and teams within the company. Your focus will be on enhancing productivity, streamlining processes, improving controls, and fostering a positive work environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of administrative operations in an engineering and manufacturing context.
